My Journey and Approach

It is with great joy that I work as a personal issues coach, systemic therapist and Surrey homeopath from my personal practice in Bagshot in Surrey. It all started over 25 years ago when I qualified as a homeopath in 1997. Since then I have had the privilege of prescribing homeopathic remedies to hundreds of people. For a few years I also worked as a lecturer, module leader and student supervisor on the BSc(Hons) Homeopathy degree course at Thames Valley  University. I was registered with the Society of Homeopaths for many years before changing to the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) more recently.

My knowledge is grounded in classical homeopathy. While I still strive for a classical approach whenever possible, I have learnt that this is not always the most beneficial route for everyone. Therefore I employ a more complex prescription if necessary these days.  Detoxification and healthy life style education play an important part in my practice too.

How Systemic Constellations touched my life

The systemic approach has touched and transformed myself both as a person and practitioner. As a result of that, I started training in systemic family constellations with CSISS (now The Centre for Systemic Constellations) in 2007. I don’t think there is a single piece of work that I have witnessed that has not touched me in some way. The wonders of this difficult to describe process has brought so much peace and healing on so many levels to myself, my family and so many people around me. I am eternally grateful to the father of systemic family constellations, Bert Hellinger and all my other teachers along the way who have opened my heart to this work. Finally, I am delighted to be able to pass some of this wonder on in my family constellations workshops in Surrey.

My coaching approach is embedded in a background of seeing the person as a whole with mind, body and spirit as one. As a result, I draw from a number of approaches, not least my systemic understanding. In recent years I have started to let my own intuition guide me to inform the process too.

I love the freedom of being able to offer a homeopathic remedy alongside coaching to support a process. Likewise, I may suggest some process work to enhance remedies working.

It is my belief that we have to work with the mind, body and spirit as one to achieve a deep and long-lasting sense of well-being.

Gratitude

I am very grateful for all the love and learning I have received from my beloved family, teachers and friends. It is through all of them that I have grown into the person I am today. Every person I treat both benefits from where I am at today and further shapes what I have to offer. Seeing people find their own inner strength, finding back to who they truly are and healing themselves on the way is what gives me tremendous joy and fulfilment in my work. I am very blessed and thankful for all of it.

Beside the work I do with clients, I love spending time with my daughter, whom I home educate. She is my biggest achievement in life and brings me immense joy, love and learning. As part of an home education project we have set up a crystal shop together and enjoy passing on our love for the gemstones together. So you might find me at local fayres at the weekends!
