Thank you for finding me. My offering is a natural, holistic and solution-focused approach to health and well-being. Furthermore, I offer a safe and confidential space where you can find your own solutions and support you in living with inner peace. For this, I draw on 30 years of experience of working as a homeopath, family constellation practitioner and life coach. I have dedicated years of my life both studying, living and teaching what I offer here.
My approach is SOULutions-focused, meaning that my focus is on the solution rather than the problem. Instead of repeatedly re-hashing what is wrong, I am looking for whether there is permission for movement towards peace, new possibilities, and wholeness. By adding SOUL to solution, I am reminding myself that my role is to align myself with my YOUR Soul. My role is not to decide what the solution should be, but to accompany YOU in discovering what a peaceful movement is for you. My SOULutions-focused approach also means that I trust that the soulution already exists within you. My offering is to create the conditions where it can emerge. The soulution is not something I bring alone; it is something we uncover together, by listening deeply to the wisdom, values, and direction already present within YOU, and guided by my experience, systemic knowledge and inner knowing.

Personal Issues and Relationship Coaching
My personal issues and relationship coaching is based on a solution focused approach. With that, I offer coaching for personal and relationship issues for individuals in a safe and confidential environment. For over 25 years, I have supported people from all walks of life and worked with people with a wide range of life challenges including:
stress of all kinds
anxiety-related issues
family and relationship issues
difficulties in conceiving and or miscarriages
cross junction in life and looking for the next step in life is
low self-esteem or low confidence
grief and bereavement
Systemic Family Constellations
Systemic constellations and family constellations, offer a systemic and solution-focused approach. They are particularly effective for personal, family and relationship issues. At SOULutions, I offer both workshops and one to one sessions in systemic constellations and family constellations in Surrey.
Surrey Homeopathy
Since qualifying as a homeopath in 1997, I have been blessed to be able to offer this gentle and natural form of medicine in my practice in Surrey. Whatever your presenting symptom is, be it of a mental, physical or emotional nature, homeopathy looks at all 3 levels as belonging together and presenting an expression of what is out of balance in the individual. Homeopathy uses energetic remedies that match your particular symptom picture most closely. This form of medicine can help balance a person’s innate healing powers to initiate healing from within. This way, homeopathy offers an holistic approach to health and well-being.
